CHEF JEFF FERNANDEZ
Jeff Fernandez’s culinary techniques are influenced by his upbringing in Southern California. With a Mexican father and Korean mother, his well-rounded palate shows in his creative dishes. His journey to Head Chef at BCK started with his experience in a variety of hospitality roles, that led to becoming Chef de Cuisine at Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, Newport Beach. He moved to Houston with the Bosscat crew to open their second location on Westheimer and the next year opened BCK as Head Chef. His love for food is reflected in his menu, with fun and innovative flavors to remind you of your favorite childhood dishes.
